Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia which includes, inter alia, the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the South Central Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 175 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 1026 South Colorado street and a portion of the Point Breeze East Urban Renewal Area designated as Parcel Nos. 32 and 33 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address for Parcel No. 32 as 1437 South Hicks street and for Parcel No. 33 as 1441 South Hicks street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with South Philadelphia Habitat for Humanity and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
