Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980444) approved June 25, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Reno street from Broad street to Thirteenth street, Camac street from Brown street to Parrish street, and a portion of Ogden street from Watts street to a point approximately eighty-five (85) feet east of Watts street, and by placing on the City Plan Park avenue from Brown street to Parrish street; by relocating Camac street from Brown street to Parrish street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes within the portion of Ogden street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated by this Ordinance, and the dedication to the City of the unopened portions of Park avenue and Camac street, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980444) approved June 25, 1998 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law]

by June 25, 2001.
