THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 6-301 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
§6-301. Food Establishments.

(4) Except as provided in §6-301(5) the license fee for food establishments selling food is:

(h) For [family day care homes, as permitted pursuant to §14-203(1)(g)]
group child care facilities caring for a maximum of 12 children for less than 24 consecutive hours, other than family day care homes
, fifty (50) dollars.

(j)
Food establishments conducted, operated or maintained by any bona fide charitable organization which distributes food without charge
; and family day care homes;
shall not be required to pay the license fee imposed by this Chapter.
