Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Payroll Deductions," by adding a new subsection permitting certain City employees to authorize additional payroll deductions, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§19-203. Payroll Deductions.

(11) Payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees, who are members of City Fire Fighters' Local 22, AFL-CIO, for insurance premiums to be paid to the Zurich Insurance Group/Maryland Casualty Insurance Group for insurance policies issued.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
