THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

§19-203. Payroll Deductions.

(10) Payroll deductions may be authorized by City Employees of AFSCME District Council 33, as well as any other City employee who elects to purchase voluntary insurance benefits through AFLAC, John Hancock Life, or both.
