Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 252, 253, 254 & 255 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 252 as 2216 West Berks street, for Parcel No. 253 as 1816 North Twenty-third street, for Parcel No. 254 as 1946 North Judson street and for Parcel No. 255 as 1949 North Judson street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Project H.O.M.E. Community Development Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
