Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia which includes, inter alia, the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area, identified by respective house numbers and street addresses as 4210, 4212, 4213, 4218, 4222 & 4901 West Stiles street and 1208, 1218 & 1226 North Forty-second street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Habitat for Humanity - West Philadelphia and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.
