THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Because River road is a country lane and not on the City Plan, the Board of Surveyors is authorized to adopt a resolution to vacate River road, from a point approximately ten (10) feet southwest of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line, northeastwardly to the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line.
SECTION 2. The authority granted to the Board of Surveyors to adopt a resolution to vacate River road as set forth in Section 1, shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if the Board of Surveyors has not adopted such a resolution within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law.
