THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

THIRTY MINUTE PARKING

8:00AM to 6:30PM

(Except Sunday)

Memphis street, west side, Norris street to a point 40 feet south of Norris street.
