THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-205. Sidewalk Sales.

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No person or vendor shall:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:

( ) The area bounded by Girard avenue on the north, Laurel street on the south, Front street on the east, and Third street on the west, including both sides of the streets making up the boundary of such area.
