THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Pursuant to Section 11-403 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 296 and 240 by:

(a)

Striking from City Plan No. 296 Seffert street from Port Royal avenue to Cross street.

(b)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Wyola road from Northwestern avenue to Buchanan drive.

(c)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Oswego road from Northwestern avenue to Buchanan drive.

(d)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Tamaqua road from Northwestern avenue to Buchanan drive.

(e)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Tuckahoe road from Northwestern avenue to Buchanan drive.

(f)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Comanche road from Northwestern avenue to Buchanan drive.

(g)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Buchanan drive from Wyola road to Spring lane.

(h)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Stassen lane from Buchanan drive to Cathedral road.

(i)

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Berwick road from Stassen lane to Hagys Mill road.

Striking from City Plan No. 240 Bean street from Ivins road to Cathedral road.

Reserving and placing on City Plan No. 240 a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes (width varies) extending from Spring lane southeastwardly for approximately five hundred and eighty feet (580’) and then southwestwardly for approximately four hundred and forty-five feet (445') to a dead-end terminus.
