Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990816) approved December 30, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 319 and 347 by striking from the City Plan Stanwood street from Verree road to Rising Sun avenue and by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally opened portion of Rising Sun avenue from Rhawn street to Solly avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990816) approved December 30, 1999 is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]
by December 30, 2001.
