Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 163 and 310 by revising the curb lines and grades on a portion of School House Lane from Henry Avenue to Cresson Street, by placing on the City Plan School House Lane from Cresson Street to Ridge Avenue, by revising the lines and grades of Ridge Avenue from a point approximately one hundred and twenty (120) feet southeast of School House Lane to a point approximately five hundred (500) feet northwest of School House Lane, by vacating that portion of the open and traveled School House Lane lying between the existing open and traveled lines and the lines as proposed to be placed under the authority of this Ordinance, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and public utility purposes within the bed of Ridge Avenue and a portion of the open and traveled School House Lane, under certain terms and conditions.
