THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewers, in the following locations:

Green lane from Broad street to Old York road
