Amending the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), which, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, designates the locations in Center City at which vending is permitted, by deleting all permitted vendor locations on the East side of Seventeenth street between Arch street and John F. Kennedy boulevard, on the North side of John F. Kennedy boulevard between Seventeenth street and Eighteenth street, and the West side of Eighteenth street between Arch street and John F. Kennedy boulevard, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA) is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, City Council hereby adopts the following vendor locations as those from which vending shall be permitted:
