RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT, James P. Baker is hereby appointed as a Class C member of the Board of Directors of the Hospitals and Higher Education Facilities Authority of Philadelphia, to serve in the term ending January 1, 2007.
