THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby terminated:

PARKING PERMITTED

8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Norman lane, from Germantown avenue to Crefeld street.

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

NO PARKING IN THIS STREET

Norman lane, from Germantown avenue to Crefeld street.
