THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 10-800 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 10-800. SAFETY

§10-831. Fee for Firearms License.

(1) In addition to any fee provided by State statute, no person shall be issued a license to carry a firearm concealed on or about one's person or in a vehicle without first paying an administrative fee of nineteen dollars ($19) to the Police Department.
