THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to sell the lot or piece of City-owned ground, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any, known as 2150-54 Chelten avenue for the sum of eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000.00). Final settlement shall be made by the purchaser within one hundred eighty (180) days of approval of this Ordinance. The Commissioner of Public Property is authorized to pay out of the proceeds, at settlement, the cost of the appraisal.

SECTION 2. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed for the said property, upon compliance by the purchaser with the conditions of this Ordinance.
