THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2003 within the General Fund.

2.39 TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS
