THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to enter into a lease with Bainbridge Properties, L.L.C., a Pennsylvania limited liability company, to lease from Bainbridge Properties, L.L.C., that certain parcel of ground located at 1211-13 Bainbridge Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, being more fully described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected.

SITUATE on the North side of Bainbridge street at the distance of one hundred six feet Westward from the West side of Twelfth street, in the Second (formerly part of the Fourth) Ward of the City of Philadelphia.

CONTAINING in front of the said Bainbridge street thirty-four feet and extending in length or depth Northward one hundred twenty feet to Kater street; boundward Eastward by a certain six feet wide alley. Westward thirty-four feet, thence extending Southward one hundred twenty feet, thence extending Eastward thirty-four feet to the place of beginning.

BEING known as Nos. 1211-13 Bainbridge street.

BEING part of the same premises which Louise R. Pelullo by Deed dated September 1, 1999, and recorded December 24, 1999 as Document ID #50010945 in the County of Philadelphia conveyed unto Bainbridge Properties, L.L.C., its successors and assigns, in fee.

SECTION 2. The Lease shall be in the form set forth in Exhibit “A”.

SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file all exhibits referenced in this Ordinance and shall make them available for inspection by the public during regular office hours.
