RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the Committee on Education hold hearings to make inquiries and investigations relating to School Reform Commission's proposed plan to reorganize and fund the School District of Philadelphia.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Committee on Education is authorized to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents and other evidence.
