Full text

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Sale by the Commissioner of Public Property pursuant to Section 16-201 of The Philadelphia Code of a certain lot or piece of City-owned ground, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any, situate 923R South Second street, Numbers 1 and 2 for the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby approved. Final settlement shall be made by the purchaser within one hundred and eighty (180) days of approval of this Ordinance. The Commissioner of Public Property is authorized to pay out of the proceeds, at settlement, the cost of the appraisal.

SECTION 2. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed for the said property, upon compliance by the purchaser with the conditions of this Ordinance.
