THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

§9-205. Sidewalk Sales.

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:

( ) Both sides of Vine street, between Eighteenth street and Twentieth street

( ) West side of Eighteenth street, between Vine street and Callowhill street

( ) Both sides of Nineteenth street, between Vine street and Callowhill street

( ) East side of Twentieth street, between Vine street and Callowhill street
