To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roosevelt boulevard, Grant avenue and Blue Grass road.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-103 of The Philadelphia Code, The Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of the following area of the City from Class "L-2" Limited Industrial to Class "ASC" Area Shopping Center:
Beginning at a point on the Southeast side of the Roosevelt boulevard (254 feet wide) at the distance of 328 feet 9-1/2 inches Northeast along said side of the Roosevelt boulevard from its intersection with the Northeast side of Grant avenue (124 feet wide); thence from said point of beginning along said side of Roosevelt boulevard north thirty-six degrees thirty-three minutes twelve seconds east the distance of fifteen hundred seventy five feet to a point; thence extending south fifty-three degrees twenty-six minutes forty-eight second east, the distance of one thousand feet to a point on the northwest side of Blue Grass road (70 feet wide); thence extending south thirty-six degrees thirty-three minutes twelve seconds west the distance of fifteen hundred seventy five feet to a point; thence leaving the said side of Blue Grass road north fifty-three degrees twenty-six minutes forty-eight seconds west the distance of one thousand feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
