Transmitting a bill approving the first amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Sarah Allen Urban Renewal Area, being the area generally bounded by the centerline of Westminster avenue on the north, the centerline of Fortieth street on the east, the centerline of Aspen street on the south, and the centerlines of Lancaster avenue and Holly street on the west, including the first amendment to the urban renewal plan and the relocation plan, which provide, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately fourteen (14) properties for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
