Authorizing the construction of the Dobson's Run Stormwater Relief Sewer and all appurtenant work in portions of Allegheny avenue, Thirty-second street and in proposed rights-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes in Allegheny avenue produced and in Thirty-second produced.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Procurement Commission is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of the Dobson's Run Stormwater Relief Sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide stormwater relief in the East Falls Area of the City, in the following locations:
In Allegheny avenue produced and in Allegheny avenue from the Schuylkill River to Thirty-second street, partly in City property, partly in a proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes and partly in a public street.
In Thirty-second street produced in and Thirty-second street from Allegheny avenue to an existing right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes in former Ontario street, partly in proposed rights-of-way and partly in a public street.
