Full Bill
WHEREAS, The City of Philadelphia (the "City") authorized in an Ordinance approved on September 16, 1994 (Bill No. 877) the organization of a nonprofit corporation to be known as The Philadelphia Recreation Fund, now known as the Philadelphia Activities Fund, for the purpose of "administering a Recreation Assistance Program as set forth in Exhibit "A" and the guidelines promulgated thereunder"; and
WHEREAS, Said Exhibit "A" limited the amount that any entity was eligible to receive from the Fund in any fiscal year to $5,000; and
WHEREAS, Council now desires to increase that maximum limit to $6,500; now therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of the Ordinance approved September 16, 1994 (Bill No. 877) is hereby amended by amending Exhibit "A" attached thereto, as follows:
Recreation Assistance Program

(d) Funding Limitations: Funding decisions shall be based on need and shall be provided for specific activities or purchases. Fund applicants shall be required to submit a written budget. No entity may receive more than [$5,000]
