Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 307 and 308 by relocating certain portions of the curb lines of Chestnut street from Independence Mall East to Eighteenth street, the intersection of Fifteenth street and South Penn Square, the intersection of Fifteenth street and John F. Kennedy boulevard, the intersection of Juniper street and Commerce street and certain portions of the curb lines of Market street from Front street to Independence Mall East.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-404 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on portions of City Plan Nos. 307 and 308 by:
(a) Relocating certain portions of the curb lines of Chestnut street from Independence Mall East to Eighteenth street to conform to as-built conditions.
(b) Relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of South Penn Square at Fifteenth street to conform to as-built conditions.
(c) Relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of John F. Kennedy boulevard at Fifteenth street to conform to as-built conditions.
(d) Relocating a portion of the easterly curb line of Juniper street at Commerce street to conform to as-built conditions.
(e) Relocating certain portions of the curb lines of Market street from Front street to Independence Mall East to conform to as-built conditions.
