WHEREAS, Bill No. 030016 was passed by this Council on May 1, 2003 and presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said Bill passed Council; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 030016, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia of an amendment to the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter relating to the composition of the Board of Pensions and Retirement, as approved by Resolution of the City Council; fixing the date of a special election for such purpose; prescribing the form of ballot questions to be voted on; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said Bill passed Council.
