THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by:

Relocating the easterly curb line of Delaware Avenue to agree more closely with existing as-built conditions, from Tioga Street northwardly to Wheatsheaf Lane.

Relocating the easterly house line of Delaware Avenue to a line ten (10) feet east of the easterly curb line as established under authority of this Ordinance, from Tioga Street northwardly to Wheatsheaf Lane and striking from the City Plan and vacating that portion of Delaware Avenue east of said relocated line.

If shown necessary, reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for water, sewer, gas main, or other utilities if currently occupying the aforementioned portion of Delaware Avenue being vacated under authority of this Ordinance.

SECTION 2.

The actions mentioned in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall conform to lines shown on an official survey to be produced by the Surveyor and Regulator of the Sixth Survey District and filed with the City Plans Officer of the Streets Department.

SECTION 3.

This Ordinance shall take effect upon confirmation by the Board of Surveyors.
