THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-103 of The Philadelphia Code, the Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of the following area of the City from Class "L-2" Limited Industrial to Class "ASC" Area Shopping Center:

Beginning at a point on the Southeast side of the Roosevelt Boulevard (254 feet wide) at the distance of 1903 feet 9-1/2 inches Northeast from the Northeast side of Grant Avenue (124 feet wide); thence along said Roosevelt Boulevard North thirty-six degrees thirty-three minutes twelve seconds East the distance of three hundred twenty five feet and no inches to a point; thence leaving said Roosevelt Boulevard, South fifty-three degrees twenty-six minutes forty-eight seconds East, the distance of five hundred feet to a point; thence extending South thirty-six degrees thirty-three minutes twelve seconds West the distance of three hundred twenty five feet to a point; thence North fifty-three degrees twenty-six minutes forty-eight seconds West the distance of five hundred feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
