RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, THAT Jettie Newkirk is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, to serve in the term ending September 1, 2007.
