Amending Section 12-2809 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to civil penalties and costs for violations of certain provisions of Title 12 ("Traffic Code"), by increasing the civil penalty for violations of Section 12-908 relating to stopping, standing, and parking of buses and taxicabs, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 12-2809 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§12-2809. Civil Penalties and Costs.

(2) Any person violating the following provisions of Title 12 shall, upon a final finding of liability pursuant to this Chapter 12-2800, be liable for payment of the civil penalty indicated, in addition to the costs and fees set forth in subsection 12-2809(1):
