Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the East Venango Industrial Urban Renewal Area designated as Parcel No. 5 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 2901-2925 East Victoria street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Nello Construction Company, Inc. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
