Transmitting a bill approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Kingsessing Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address for Parcel No. 13 as 2062 South Alden street, for Parcel No. 14 as 2033 South Alden street, for Parcel No. 15 as2055 South Alden street, for Parcel No. 16 as 2062-2063 South Alden street, for Parcel No. 17 as 2011 South Redfield street, for Parcel No. 18 as 2012-2014 South Redfield street, for Parcel No. 19 as 2018 South Redfield street and for Parcel No. 20 as 2056 South Redfield street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with The Board of City Trusts and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority
