Naming the park currently designated as "Northwood Park", located at 999 Arrott Street, and bounded by 4700 Castor Avenue, 1000 Foulkrod Street, 1000 Arrott Street and 4700 Northwood Street as the "Joseph Colligan Park."
WHEREAS, Joseph Colligan was a neighborhood volunteer; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Colligan was involved in many civic activities including recreation and sports for area youth; now therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The park situated in "Northwood Park," located at 999 Arrott Street is hereby designated as the "Joseph Colligan Park."
SECTION 2. Any Ordinance inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed.
