THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

§9-206. Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts.

(10) Designated Neighborhood Business Districts.

* * *

(c) Germantown Corridor Business District. The area of Germantown Avenue extending south to York Street and North to Butler Street. Within this district there shall be a maximum of fifty-five vendor sites permitted on the following blockfaces allocated as per regulations established by the Department.
