Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by adding a new Section 14-1628, entitled "Third Councilmanic District Special Controls," prohibiting certain uses in the Third Councilmanic Disrict, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

§14-1628. Third and First Councilmanic Districts Special Controls.
(1) Uses prohibited. The sale by a restaurant of malt or brewed beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Third and First Councilmanic Districts, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary.
