THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-1602(1)(b) of The Philadelphia Code, that permission be, and is hereby given to the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth to expand their cemetery or place of burial, located at the northwest corner of the former Stevenson Street (also known as Stevenson Lane), and the former Torresdale Avenue, and more fully described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the southwest side of the former Stevenson Street and the northwest side of the former Torresdale Avenue, and extending northwestward along said Stevenson Street two hundred and ninety-one feet; thence southwestward and parallel with said Torresdale Avenue ninety-five feet; thence southeastward and parallel with said Stevenson Street two hundred and ninety-one feet; thence northeastward, and parallel with Torresdale Avenue ninety-five feet to the place of beginning, being a portion of a larger tract owned by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
