Authorizing the construction of sanitary sewer and appurtenant work in portions of Westview Street, Springbank Street, Kitchen's Lane, Wissahickon Avenue, in an existing drainage right-of-way in former Park Line Road, and in a proposed drainage right-of-way through 1027 Westview Street and from 1027 Westview through Fairmount Park to Kitchen's Lane.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the

construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sanitary sewers, in the following locations:

Westview Street from Wissahickon Avenue to Springbank Street

Springbank Street from Westview Street to Westview Street

Kitchen's Lane from Scotforth Road to Wissahickon Avenue

Wissahickon Avenue from Westview Street to Hortter Street

An existing drainage right-of-way (former Park Line Road) from Wissahickon Avenue to Hortter Street

A proposed drainage right-of-way through 1027 Westview Street and from 1027 Westview through Fairmount Park to Kitchen's Lane
