THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts for the

construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sanitary sewers, in the following locations:

Dearnley Street from Silverwood Street to Newland Street

Flamingo Street from Silverwood Street to Hillside Street

Wigard Street from Silverwood Street to Shaw Street

Fowler Street from Dearnley Street to Flamingo Street

Manti Street from Dearnley Street to Wigard Street

Culp Street from Flamingo Street to Wigard Street

Newland Street from Flamingo Street to Wigard Street

Lawn Street from Flamingo Street to Wigard Street

Shaw Street from Hillside Street to Wigard Street

Edsall Street from Shaw Street to Lawn Street

Oriole Street from Silverwood Street to Fowler Street

Pawling Street from Flamingo Street to Wigard Street

Hillside Street from Flamingo Street to approximately 330 feet southwest

of Shaw Street
