THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a sanitary sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide a public sanitary sewer, in the following location:

McCallum Street from Lincoln Drive to Westview Avenue.
