RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That we hereby honor, commend and congratulate Mr. Dominic Sabatini on a long career that bears witness to his incredible leadership, dedicated service and professional excellence. We bid him a fond farewell, and extend to him the grateful appreciation and sincere thanks of an entire city.
