Amending the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), which, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, designates the locations in Center City at which vending is permitted, by deleting all permitted vendor locations on both sides of Eighth Street between Market and Chestnut streets.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA) is hereby amended to read as follows:
