THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-402 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-402. Animal Drawn Carriages.

The Department of Streets may temporarily alter approved routes as it deems necessary due to construction or other circumstances that may arise.
