Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020257) approved September 6, 2002, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by relocating the northerly curb line of St. James Street approximately three feet (3') northwardly, from West Washington Square to a point approximately one hundred sixteen feet (116') westwardly therefrom; by relocating the northerly curb line of St. James Street approximately eleven feet six inches (11' 6") northwardly from Eighth Street to a point approximately one hundred thirty-six feet (136') eastwardly therefrom; and by relocating the northerly house line of St. James Street approximately six feet (6') northwardly from Eighth Street to a point approximately one hundred thirty-six feet (136') eastwardly therefrom, all under certain terms and conditions including the dedication of the widened portion of St. James Street by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein....

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020257) approved September 6, 2002 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law]

by December 31, 2004.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
