Authorizing the construction of sewers and appurtenant work in portions of Saint Lukes Street and in a proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes in an existing ten feet wide alley south of Rowan Street.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the

construction of sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewers, in the following locations:

Saint Lukes Street from 16th Street to 17th Street.

Proposed right-of-way for drainage and sewer purposes in an existing ten feet wide alley south of Rowan Street from 16th Street to approximately 264 feet west of 16th Street.
