Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 429, 430, 431, 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, 437, 438 & 439 also sometimes identified by house numbers and street addresses for Parcel 429 as 1601-1611 West Norris street, for Parcel No. 430 as 1604-1608 Page street, for Parcel No. 431 as 1|1013|24-1626 Page street, for Parcel No. 432 as 1601 Page street, for Parcel No. 433 as 1603-1605 Page street, for Parcel No. 434 as 2002 North Sixteenth street, for Parcel No. 435 as 2008-2012 North Sixteenth street, for Parcel No. 436 as 2014 North Sixteenth street, for Parcel No. 437 as 2022-2026 North Sixteenth street, for Parcel No. 438 as 2029-2035 North Sixteenth street and for Parcel No. 439 as 2030-2036 North Sixteenth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
