Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 1F(Revised), 1F(A), 1F(B)(Revised), 329 & 386 also sometimes identified by house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 1F(Revised) as northeast corner North Tenth street & Mt. Vernon street, for Parcel No. 1F(A) as north side of Mt. Vernon street between North Tenth street and Percy street, for Parcel No. 1F(B)(Revised) as northeast corner North Tenth street & Green street, for Parcel No. 329 as norwest corner North Eleventh street & Wallace street and for Parcel No. 386 as 1006-|1013|020 Mount Vernon street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with DCC Development, LLC and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
